In monologue (performance w/ cheez), the artist responds to a computer reading of excerpts from the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (the most widely used test of adult personality and psychopathology), and a diagnosis from the DSM-IV (Diagnostical and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders) is given. This process is interrupted by the replacement of words with the phrase 'Kraft Brand American Cheese Singles.' 

 

The whole mental health field, including its test, diagnoses, and therapies, can be necessary, unnecessary, damaging, beneficial, personal, impersonal, and absurd.
